Are you part of the NHS

No, we are not part of the NHS. Pando Access (Forward Clinical Ltd, company no. 10420044) is a health tech company that connects healthcare for everyone. All our doctors are highly-qualified NHS specialists in their field and our service is registered with the CQC (Care Quality Commission).

What does CQC (Care Quality Commission) registered mean?

The CQC is the regulator for Health & Social care within England & Wales. They set standards that healthcare and social care providers must meet in order to offer safe, effective care. Being CQC registered is the benchmark for healthcare services. No healthcare organisation should be practicing without registration.

Who are your midwives?

Our midwives have all been practicing in the NHS for a minimum of 3 years and have wide-ranging experience in community midwifery, delivery of babies and post-natal care. They are all registered with the NMC.

What outcomes can I expect after my consultation?

Once your chat with one of our specialist clinicians ends, you will receive a written transcript of your consultation via email. If you are looking for further healthcare assistance or when returning to use the service again, this can be used as reference. Our specialist doctors will provide you with high-quality medical advice, guidance and support. If you need to seek further medical assistance, they can consult you on the next step of care required.
